2. Предмет договора

4. Цена товара

После оплаты Покупателю направляется кассовый чек в соответствии с 54-ФЗ.

6. Доставка
Доставка осуществляется по территории Российской Федерации и другим странам.

Стоимость доставки рассчитывается при оформлении заказа.

7. Возврат товара
Возврат осуществляется в соответствии со ст. 26.1 Закона РФ
«О защите прав потребителей».

Покупатель вправе вернуть товар в течение 7 дней после получения, если:

товар не использовался

сохранен товарный вид

сохранены бирки и упаковка

Возврат средств осуществляется в течение 10 рабочих дней.

8. Ответственность сторон
Продавец не несет ответственности за задержки доставки, вызванные работой служб доставки.

Покупатель несет ответственность за корректность данных, указанных при заказе.

This document constitutes an official offer by Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Eduardovich Vorobyev to conclude a distance sales agreement for goods.
